Hey friends and family,
This week I had the scariest experience of my life. we had a lesson with this lady named Cori and she was talking about spirits in her house so we asked if we could bless her house. she hesitated and wanted to say yes but it looked like something was holding her back. she pulls out this wrinkled up piece of paper (her weegie board) and dangles this sketchy looking stone above the paper. turns out the board told her we cant bless her house and that we needed to leave immediately... the room got so cold I could see my breath. I cannot begin to explain the feeling I felt but I know that it wasn't the spirit. we left that house so quick and as soon as we walked outside the feeling left. I though I was gonna die in there. I was shaken up the whole rest of the day.
On the brightside we set a baptismal date with the Lancaster kids for February 1st. hopefully that goes through... we also met with Gisela again we taught her the restoration. Tammy still hasn't cut down on smoking but Billy has! We should be setting a baptismal date here pretty soon with Billy.
I am grateful for the spirit that I get to feel everyday, even though its exhausting. The reason why sometimes i feel exhausted is because as a servant of Jesus Christ we have the spirit 24/7. We always follow and listen to the spirit. We teach by the spirit. If you read in the Book of Mormon King Lamoni passes out because he was so overcome with the spirit and not being used to feeling the spirit like this all day so strongly is tiring. I guess its a good thing that i am tired :). I love it and I continue to grow because of it! Have a good week you guys! Love you
