This past week was good.we had dinner with the saffords like usual and then we had a lesson with this guy named caleb harrelson. hes a youth minister so he knows the bible and was bible bashing us but that all turned around when we testified of the truth. you could see him inching closer to the wall because we were totally dominating the lesson and whenever we testified he would say some weird verse out of the bible and somehow try and relate it but it wasn't working. hes a nice guy though and has cute kids. after that we had dinner with brother brown are ward mission leader. hes the man! It was so funny because we went to go see this lady out in the ghetto and im mean the straight up hood. it was so classic because elder Adams and i just roll through the hood with our white shirts and ties on in our gold corolla. i couldn't tell if they were staring because we look funny or because they were lusting after our GOLD corolla. before book of mormon class we had dinner with the madisons and i love them, they are a really nice older couple. brother madison was bishop a few times. brother wrighter was at dinner as well. OHHHHH MY GOSH i almost forgot but before dinner we did manual labor for this guy named brother lamont!!!! i cant even describle him but he has two lazy eyes and has the sweetest hair piece i have ever seen. so he wanted us to mow his lawn while he was on vacation and so we did but this wasnt any normal lawn, this was a jungle!!! i will send a picture! but anyways he was on a trip to utah for a comic convention with his wife and they drove there in a car that shouldnt even be driven. i think they broke down a few times but im pretty sure they made it. we eventually finnished his lawn but it took a few days. we had the food bank and this time we gave lavern a HUGE book of mormon. she said she would read it. but im not sure. then we finished brother lamonts yard. elder adams got bit by fire ants and his hand looks like a bear paw! but that was my week. and something i learned this week was patience. i don't have any scriptures for patience but i have a small but ever growing testimony that heavenly father works on his own time and yeah, his timeing may seem slow or whatever but he will bless you at that time when you most need it! paitence is a virtue. he has and will continue to bless all of you and will answer your prayers because he loves us but dont forget to do your part! i love yall! Keep writing letters and email's I love getting them.
